Turnaround time is approx. 2 weeks, however this can increase during busy periods. Please order as soon as possible if ordering items needed for a certain date or event.
All orders are posted as 1st class small parcels with Royal Mail, or sent as standard parcels with Evri. They aim to deliver within 3 business days (Monday to Saturday) however in our experience they can sometimes take longer. If you would like to collect your order, please select the 'in-store collection' tickbox in the checkout section and we will call you when your item is ready.
Please note that all items are printed and/or embroidered to order. We do not hold stock in store.
The t-shirts and hoodies have the option of a logo and the text 'HOP ON BOARD' printed on the back, or they can have just the embroidered logo on the front with the back plain. Please select your preferred option from the drop down menu when ordering.
