Turnaround time on orders is approx. 2 weeks, however this can increase during busy periods. Please order as soon as possible if ordering items needed for a certain date or event.

All orders are posted as 1st class small parcels with Royal Mail, or as standard parcels with the courier firm Evri. They aim to deliver within 3 business days (Monday to Saturday) however in our experience, they can sometimes take longer. If you would like to collect your order, please select the 'in-store collection' tickbox in the checkout section and we will call you when your item is ready.
