Turnaround time / delivery Info - 
please read before ordering.

 

Turnaround time for all orders is approx. 2 weeks from date of order, however this can increase during busy periods. Please order as soon as possible if ordering items needed for certain dates or events.

All orders are posted as 1st class, small parcels with Royal Mail (1 to 2 working days). Please note that Royal Mail currently have delays to delivery times due ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.

Items can be collected from our shop if you are local to Pembrokeshire. Please tick the 'in-store collection' box in the Checkout section. We will then give you a call to let you know it is ready.

Please note that everything is printed and/or embroidered to order. We do not hold stock for any items.

Also please note that Royal Mail delivery times are heavily affected during late November and December for Black Friday and Christmas. 

DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR CHRISTMAS 2024

Orders for guaranteed Christmas delivery must be placed by Friday 13th December, by 3pm. All orders placed will now be processed in the New Year. We reopen on Monday 6th January 2025. Just as a reminder, we order in all items from our suppliers for every order. The items are ordered in blank, and we print and/or embroider them to order. We do not hold stock in store.

For orders placed before 3pm on Friday 13th December which are to be collected, we will notify you when your order is ready. We close at 1pm on Friday 20th December.

 

Turnaround Time and Delivery Information

For orders to be posted - all items are posted as either 1st class small parcels with Royal Mail, or as a standard parcel with the courier delivery firm Evri.

For orders to be collected - please select the 'in-store collection' tickbox in the checkout section and we will call you when your item is ready. 

Please note that all items are printed and/or embroidered to order. We do not hold stock in store. 

  

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of order.
  • We're happy to exchange items for a different size or for a refund, so long as they are returned to us in a resaleable condition.
  • Please note we cannot accept returns on items that have printed or embroidered names, initials, or any other type of personalisation.
  • We are not responsible for covering the delivery costs for any items you return to us by Royal Mail, by courier, or by any other delivery service.
  • We are not responsible for refunding any item which gets lost in transit or is not delivered for whatever reason by Royal Mail, by courier, or by any other delivery service.

Please give us a call or email and let us know before you send any returns. Please reuse the bag it was delivered in (or a similar, suitable alternative). All parcels sent have an address label on, please return it to this address (also listed at the bottom of this page). Once we have the items back and have checked if they are in a resaleable condition, we will issue a full refund via Paypal. This can take a couple days to clear and return to your account.
